Delivery and Returns


 

Shipping
We endeavour to ship all orders within 24 hours of the order being placed. If an item is out of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to notify you of this. 

Delivery
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive an email containing a Track & Trace code. In the Netherlands, deliveries usually arrive within 1-2 working days. Within the EU, items usually arrive within 5-7 working days however please note that international shipments can take up to 3 weeks.

Shipping costs
We now offer FREE international shipping to all countries.

Our firm is based in the Netherlands. As a non-EU recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Returns
You are always entitled to an exchange or refund within 14 days after that you have received your package. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply contact us at hello@audee.eu to inform about your return and send your package to:

Returned items must be in the original condition they arrived in with any boxes or labels still intact. Please contact us as soon as possible once you receive your item if you wish to return your item. Goods must arrive within the 14 day refund or exchange period to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, at this time we cannot provide free returns.

Parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility until receipted at the AUDEE distribution center. The refund/exchange will not be processed until we have received the package back at our AUDEE distribution center. Please note AUDEE does not accept liability for returned goods.

Your refund will be made within 30 days from the date of returning the package, to the payment card used for the purchase. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage.
